Reduction of Emission of Solid Pollutants, NOx and SO2 on the Boiler K14, E3 Heating Plant

A new boiler K14 will be situated at the existing area of the heating plant E3 of the company  TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a. s. No new sites will be occupied due to the boiler building; all lands are affected by the industrial activity. The new boiler will follow the existing 3 functional boilers in the heating plant  – K11, K12 and K14; the last one will be put out of operation and dismantled when the new  boiler will be fully put in operation.

Emergency of the Industrial Water Main DN800 in ArcelorMittal Ostrava,Plant 17 – Válcovny plechu FM (Plate Rolling Mill in Frýdek-Místek)

This was not a new building but maintenance  works in form of liquidation  of the emergency occurred on the existing steel piping of industrial water DN 800 in accordance with the building execution documentation (DPS), i.e. installation of a  new pipe section with a shut-off valve DN 600 PN10 on the existing steel pipe DN 800 behind the industrial water branch pipe DN 300 in the direction to the gatehouse of the Cold Rolling Mill in ArcelorMittal Ostrava s.r.o., Plant 17 – Válcovny plechu FM (Plate Rolling Mill in Frýdek-Místek).

The building was completed in accordance with terms and conditions defined in the previous building execution documentation phase.

Reduction of Fungicide Emissions from the Foundry, Blast Furnace No. 2

A design subject was reconstruction of the existing dust removal system in the Foundry, Blast Furnace No. 2 (BF2),i.e. reconstruction of the existing dust removal station of the capacity of 650, 000 m3/h and discharge concentration of  <30 mg/Nm3 for the identical flow rate capacity, however, of the discharge capacity  <10 mg/Nm3. The dust removal station reconstruction comprises reconstruction of a cloth filter, compressor station, fans and motors. Further, the blast furnace 2 dust removal system reconstruction comprises installation of a new exhaustion system at the Foundry to collect pollutants produced during tapping and casting of pig iron.

Industrial Zone Nad Porubkou

WORK SCOPE:

A building of a new industrial area “Nad Porubkou“ is situated in the City of Ostrava, municipal district Ostrava – Poruba.

The industrial zone “Nad Porubkou“ covering the area of approx. 3.10 ha provides premises of shopping storages and article samples including associated sanitary and technical backgrounds. The proposed area is divided in basic functions : building units for commercial use, communication and parking areas serving to the backgrounds of buildings and for customers, technical infrastructure networks, and greenery.

Industrial Zone Ostrava – Hrabová

WORK SCOPE:

The Industrial Zone Ostrava-Hrabová is a strategic development site of the statutory City of Ostrava. The total area of the industrial zone equipped with infrastructure covers more than 110 ha.

Technoprojekt prepared a study for the area use and technical part of the Feasibility Study  comparing and recommending particular alternative designs of infrastructure, engineering networks, waste waters, and so on.


Industrial Zone Krnov – Červený Dvůr

WORK SCOPE:

The area of the Industrial Zone Krnov-Červený Dvůr covers 48 ha. The locality was chosen as it offers good transport availability  (nearby road  I/57 connecting the towns of  Ostrava, Opava, Krnov and Bruntál. and, further, due to sufficient size of integrated zones for business entities, positioning out of flood impacts, the background providing  sufficient qualified labor force, and available connection to the technical infrastructure.


Industrial Zone Karviná – Nové Pole

WORK SCOPE:

The industrial zone is situated at the northwest border of the town Karviná, along the road class I  number  67, towards Bohumín. From the south side, it is bordered by the built-up area of the municipal part Staré Město. The other part of the industrial zone is limited at its northwest border by the road class I number  67 in the direction to Bohumín, and, at the northeast side, by the road class  III,  Staroměstská. The total area of the industrial zone covers 49 ha.
