Surface Finish Workplace

With respect to the requirement  to change the production assortment of the existing machinery production, the investor has defined terms of reference to the modification of technological workplaces. The Feasibility Studies evaluated include legislative requirements and environment impact assessment. The building area of  11,571 m2 manufacturing and warehouse premises.

Assessment of the Surface Finish Workplace

A subject of the feasibility study was the building of a new workplace for surface finish of rail vehicles, and unfinished vehicle bodies. A suggested building capacity  120 pcs of rail vehicles per year. The building consisted of a part of the painting box, blasting box and preparation units for pretreatment of vehicle body surface including a project technological part and technical units /compressor plant, paints preparation unit, offices, and sanitary equipment. Rough ground shaping of the construction site : built-up area 2,517 m2, built-round area 34,500 m3. Estimated investment cost  – CZK 90-100 mil. Excl. VAT.

WORK SCOPE:

  • The Environment Impacts Assessment  (EIA) including engineering, completion of the Noise Study, Dispersion Study, health risks assessment.

Building of the Manufacturing Factory MOBIS Lamp Shop in Mošnov

A subject of the documentation was the building of a new factory for manufacturing of lamps for cars.  Technoprojekt performed a complex design documentation including EIA studies.

Extension of the Halls M1C, M1D (part Kecerovce) and Shelter at the Hall M1F

Within unification of the structural designs of the halls and easy connection, a part of the hall was removed, followed by extension of the two remaining halls.

Logistic Area of the Storage Halls

A subject of the building is a logistic area comprising three storage halls intended for in-handling, storage and dispatch of automotive industry products.

Distribution and Warehouse Centre at the Area of the Company Lasselsberger

The new building serves as storage for finished products at storages of two  types – block and rack  storage halls. A part of the block storage hall is also a three-level administration built-in unit including backgrounds for employees and Center management.

Horizontal Cutter Base

A completion of documentation for execution of the building part of a foundation structure for mechanically technological equipment of the building  – upper cutter Škoda HCW1-160, installed in order to make the manufacturing process in existing halls of the company Huisman Konstrukce s.r.o. more efficient.
